Trustscore

We are calculating a trust score between 1 and 10 for every panel. The trustscore is based on the panels setup, their business presence and their reviews. The score is fine tuned from time to time and applied exactly the same to all panels.

Not every negative score is a bad thing, could mean they are new or dont have a lot of positive feedback yet. And not every positive score means the panel is perfect and risk free. We can not track the service or support quality, but only judge by external factors and your honest reviews.

How is the trustscore calculated?

We are not publishing the exact formula, but we are using the following factors:

• The panels setup (domain age & reputation, email, social presence)
• The panels reviews (reviews, trustpilot)
• The panels network presence (comparesmm, smmwatch, ...)

How can I improve my panels trustscore?

Just check the latest report of your panel and see if there are any issues. Nearly all factors except reviews are based on the latest report.
